1) Y'all need to divide the publishing royalties EVENLY...UNLESS a song is 100% composed by 1, 2 or 3 of ya-ok?! Yes Perry, we know you write the lyrics mostly plus a good chunk of the music, but com'on! Give Steve, Eric and Dave their fair share!
2) TRY to not get TOO fucking wasted/OD/hooked on fill-in-the-blank!
3) Find as much common ground as you can! (I know this goes without saying, but just in case!)
4) Make GODDAMN SURE ya don't let some cockfarming dickhead like Marc Geiger have ANYTHING to do with Lollapalooza, OR ANYTHING, every again! That little shit-talking coward. Man, all the shit he was saying about Perry during the Porno For Pyros era, fuck him! I promise you, I would so love to bitch-slap that guy! If yer gonna talk shit about ANYONE, bitch, ya fucking better be able TO BACK IT UP WITH FACTS!
I wish I still had the email correspondences I had with this ROYAL FLAMING ASSHOLE. What a snot-nosed corporate PRICK to the max!!!!
5) Memo to Dave Navarro: NO MORE OF THE SHIT TV SHOWS!!! STICK WITH GUITAR PLEASE!
6) RELEASE THAT DAMN BOX SET ALREADY PLEASE!!!!!!!!
7) Get Lollapalooza out on the road again! This deal of having it only in Chicago once a year is BULLSHIT! And if you're under some kinda contract to only do it in Chi-town for X number of years, well, just think of some new cool name, AND TAKE THAT DEAL ON THE ROAD!!! Bring back ENIT! Hey, it's not a bad name, go for it!
Other than that, y'all should be ok!
If they can pull this off, and I think they can, this could finally be the nice, swift 900 MPH kick in the ASS that the piss poor rock N roll scene NEEDS!!!
