IF the esteemed CONgressman IS sincere, TRY NOT WASTING MONEY ON MAILOUTS THAT ARE MORE OVERPRODUCED THAN ALL THE ADS IN YOUR LOCAL PAPER'S SUNDAY EDITION!!!!!!
