Ain't it odd...
Ain't it odd how Japan rebuild Nagasaki and Hiroshima--AND THEY WERE NUKED!--but the USA, "GREATEST COUNTRY EVER!!!" can't rebuild NOLA & the Mississippi Gulf Coast...after a HURRICANE?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Just sayin'...
